MOUNTED SPINNING ARMBAR DEFENSE:
(NEVER GIVE THE ARM) GRAB OWN COLLAR AND REINFORCE WITH THE OTHER HAND, TURN HEAD SIDEWAYS PUSH OPPONENT’S LEG AND BRING YOUR HEAD AND BODY OVER OPPONENTS LEG. KEEP PUSHING UNTIL YOU ROLL INTO OPPONENT’S GUARD.

CROSS COLLAR CHOKE FROM THE MOUNT:
UNDERHOOK WRIST AND ELBOW LOCK OPPONENT. ROLL OPPONENT OUT INTO GUARD AND KEEP HEAD UP.

OVER HAND CROSS CHOKE FROM THE MOUNT:
DOUBLE WRIST UNDERHOOKS, ROLL OPPONENT OVER AND INTO GUARD POSITION.

CROSS COLLAR LAPEL CHOKE FROM THE MOUNT:
DOUBLE UNDERHOOK SINGLE HAND TILT BODY AWAY AND PUSH HAND AWAY.

DEEP HAND COLLAR CHOKE FROM THE MOUNT:
UNDERHOOK WRIST, OTHER HAND HOLDS OPPOSITE SHOULDER TO LOCK OPPONENT. ROLL OPPONENT INTO THE GUARD POSITION.

SLEEPER:
SIDE MOUNT TO “S” MOUNT DEEP CROSS COLLAR CHOKE, MOVE HEAD AND HAND TO THE SLEEPER POSITION: GLUE THE ARM TO PREVENT SPINNING ARMBAR, FREE HAND HOLDS AND PUSHES ANKLE AWAY AS YOUR PUSHING YOUR HIPS INTO OPPONENT. BRING KNEE INSIDE AND ROLL INTO OPPONENTS GUARD. (OPPONENT CAN COUNTER BY REALIZING THE COUNTER AND ROLL OPPONENT INTO SITTING BACK MOUNT POSITION).

KNUTTCRACKER DEFENSE FROM THE MOUNT:
SWIM SINGLE ARM OUT TRAPPING OPPONENTS ARM, UNDERHOOK THE OPPONENTS SHOULDER WITH OPPOSITE HAND, RAISE THE HIPS AND ROLL OPPONENT INTO THE GUARD.

GORILLA ESCAPE:
BRING ARM OVER THE HEAD AND PALM GUARD BY THE ARMPIT. WRIST TRAP, (IF OPPONENT GRABS COLLAR WITH OPPOSITE HAND HE POINTS THE WAY OUT). ROLL TO THE SIDE AND GO TO THE MOUNT. (IF OPPONENT PUTS LEG OUT FOR SUPPORT, ROLL TO OPPOSITE SIDE MOUNT POSITION).

IF OPPONENT IS TOO STRONG AND ROLLS TO HIS STRONG SIDE:
UNDERHOOK WRIST USE OTHER HAND TO GRAB OPPONENTS SHOULDER. LOOK TO OPPONENT AND BRING YOUR HEAD OUT FROM UNDER THE COLLAR CHOKE, MOVE OPPONENT TO THE GUARD POSITION.

SINGLE CHOKE BRINGING OPPOSITE HAND IN:
UNDERHOOK FIRST WRIST, WRIST LOCK SECOND HAND AND THEN DOUBLE WRIST LOCK OVER THE SHOULDER AND PULL THEIR ELBOW OVER YOUR HEAD TO ESCAPE UNDERNEATH.

FOOT CROSS FROM INSIDE HOOKS:
BRING COOROSPONDING LEG OVER OPPONENTS FOOT INTO A FIGURE FOUR FOOT LOCK LEAN BACK AND RAISE YOUR HIPS.
